Summer fun in 2010!

So it has been forever since I have blogged and I am so behind and I don't really have a good excuse as to why Im behind but now it is time for some major catch up before it gets any worst!!

We had a great summer this year with lots of activities. My favorite of course is swimming some days Bella and I would go for just an hour just for some fun in the sun!! We also enjoyed bbq in our back yard, golfing--Bella liked driving in the golf cart!! We also enjoyed going to parades and getting lots of candy!! The zoo was an enjoyable activity too! We loved being outside everyday playing with sidewalk chalk, riding tricycle, swimming in the tiny pool with neighbor friends!

summer of camping!!

So this summer we went camping alot!! But had a great time everytime we went.. My Brother and sister in law have a wicked cool old tent trailer that we are lucky enough to stay in!! Bella loves it she sweeps the floor and calls it her little house. Some of the places we went to are Big Springs, Hycee, and leador.. We always have a great time with all of the family and of course its not camping unless we take out the dirt bikes!

This was the first year that I rode my own dirt bike and for the most part I did pretty good with just one injury not too bad for a rookie! We always eat super good when were camping too thanks to Aarons family who like to camp with style and not just old hot dogs but dont get me wrong we still had a few good camp fire hotdogs!

Fly a kite!

Lets go fly a kite!! so this was a long time ago but i have been slacking on the blogging so here it goes!! We had a picnic at my brother in laws house and then we all went to the park and flew some kites! It was a windy day ..in idaho i know that is hard to imagine!! Bella loved every minute of it..she didn't want anyone to help her she just liked running with it and every once in awhile the kite actually went in the air!! Needless to say by the end of the day that kite ended up in the trash! i want to say this was sometime in april or may!! i guess thats what happens when you wait forever to blog!!

Coloring Eggs!

So this was Bellas first year that I actually let her just go crazy and color some eggs!! We went to Aarons sisters house to color the eggs. She thought it was super neat that they were turning colors.. I was actually pretty impressed with how little of a mess Bella made! After the eggs dried she had fun putting princess stickers on them! Aaron actually made the best looking egg but unfortunatly it got cracked thru the excitement of it all!

We Love Dora

Okay so at our house as soon as Bella wakes up she says Tb =Tv on, Dora!! So being the princess she is we turn on the Tv and she enjoys her show! Well the other day on Dora they sang a song about chocolate and now its a favorite song to sing in our house!! Enjoy the movie!!

Valentines Day

So this year for Valentines we just kept it really simple but it was still nice!! I got Bella a cute new shirt and some candy and We got daddy some candy and some lotto tickets we were hoping for a big winner but no luck! I had to work so before work me and Bella made a heart cake and Bella love putting the candy on the cake it turned out cute and was a great dessert!!

This is Bella in her new valentines shirt and her cute necklace and braclet grandma judy mailed her she was so excited to get mail!!

I asked Bella if i could wear her necklace to work and she said "no Bella only!!"

Since i had to work that day Aaron took me out to a movie the next night and we had a fun little date!! I love Aaron and Bella so so much they are the best gift I have ever recieved!!

Finger paints!!

So I have had finger paints that I bought at the dollar store forever ago but I just have not been brave enough to let Bella play with them and make a huge mess! But the other day My two nieces were over at our house so i decided to bust out the finger paints!! I was surprised at how well they did at keeping it on the paper and I didn't have that big of a mess to clean up! At first Bella wasn't too sure about it she would dip her finger in it and say yucky and want me to wash it off but then after a few trys she decided it was pretty fun to draw with your fingers!! We will definetly play with finger paint again!

Well now that Bella is two i thought I would update some of her likes and dislikes!!

Bella's Favorites!!

*Babies!! she loves all of her babies and she is so cute with them she likes to rock them to sleep and sing tinkle tinkle little star! aka twinkle twinkle little star!

*Dora the Explorer!! from the moment she wakes up she wantes to watch Dora!! she is a big tv buff could be a problem in the future!!

*Princess, she loves to put on her tutu and crown and shoes and dance around like a little princess

*Coloring, stickers, and play dough

*Books books and books

*chicken nuggets, chips, chocolate, fruit snacks, coleslaw (this is the only way i can get her to eat a veggie), bannanas and apples, oreos dipped in milk!

*oranges (wierd i know)

*cleaning up her toys!

*sharing but she is getting better at it!

*clothes! she is a big fan of being naked!!

Over all there is not much Bella doesn't like and we are both learning together how to handle the terrible twos!!!
At her dr check up she was 26 lbs and 6 oz , 34 3/4 inches long!! and Head circ 47 1/2

Christmas 2009

I was super excited this year for christmas because Bella is older and would be able to understand alot more of whats going on.. It was so cute Bella would go around saying santa ho ho ho(sometimes she would only do one ho and point at people that wasn't too good)..I took Bella to visit Santa when he was in town but she didnt want anything to do with him I was sad she wouldn't sit on his lap or even stand by him. The best part of the Holidays is spending it with family but this year was hard with my parents being divorced but we made the best of the situation and had a great time! In times like these I feel like my little family gets closer and stronger because we spend more time just with each other!
For christmas eve we had a lot of fun at my sister in laws jillene's house.. Bella absolutly loves playing with her cousins and us grown ups had fun playing games! Bella's christmas gift to us christmas morning was sleeping in till 9:30 i know i need to be grateful to that because when she is older im sure she will be up really early to see if santa came! Bella loved opening the gifts i think more than actually playing with the gifts! Some of Bellas favorite gifts from santa are her princess table and chairs, braclets and necklaces, elefun game, play dough, and lots of fun little people cars,she must have been good all year because santa spoiled her rotten!! Its so fun to see the magic of Christmas thru a little girls eyes!

My baby is Two!

I can not believe my little Bella is two..the time has gone by so fast it feels like just yesterday we were in the hospital receiving the best Christmas gift ever!! Bella brings us so much joy to our lives. I love that she makes me laugh and smile everyday and I love how she is learning and growing everyday..Bella is such a smart little girl everyday I am amazed how much she knows! We had a great little birthday party for her a few weeks before her actual birthday and she loved every minute of it!! Here are a few pics from her party..

Bella loved all her toys! Having a baby so close to Christmas is always going to be a challenge but I try my hardest to make it separate from Christmas so she still feels like its a special day.. My mom was always so good at making us feel so special on our day and its my goal to do the same..

Bella's favorite thing right now is Dora the Explorer from the moment she wakes up she is ready to watch Dora, she loves books and coloring and I enjoy coloring and reading to her as well..She also likes to play with her babies and she is so cute with them she rocks them to sleep and sings twinkle twinkle she is such a good mommy already!! Even though this is the beginning of the terrible twos I'm looking forward to every new day!!

Funny way of sleeping

So after I put Bella to bed she cried for a while and then finally gave in. Just before me and Aaron go to bed we always check on her to see if she needs her blankets back on etc... To our surprise this is how we found Bella sound asleep! We laughed so hard.

I guess she was just too tired to get all the way into her bed!! At least her head was comfy on her pillow

Halloween Fun

We had a few days of Halloween Fun! I really enjoy this Holiday and I try to make it fun for Bella even though she doesn't really understand it all! One of the first things we did was go to a Halloween party at Bellas favorite cousins Mayce and Riley's house they had lots of fun playing and painting pumpkins! Bella loves Pumpkins she called it momma pumpkin i thought it was cute! I made some yummy Halloween fingers! And Bella looked just too cute in her Halloween outfit

On Thursday I finally went and bought a pumpkin and there was hardly any left so we just got one and Bella didn't like touching the insides very much but she did enjoy eating it which was very odd to me and she just loved the seeds! We bought a cute little kit that had like light brights and it made it easier for Bella to have a part in it!

Then on friday we went to help out at my nephews party and they had a little haunted house and we dressed up and tried to scare all the kiddies!! For Halloween we went trick or treating in old town poky to all the little shops and that was fun and then we went to the churck to trunk or treat and Bella got tonz and tonz of candy and we also came home with a new kitten!! For those who don't know we got a kitten a few weeks ago and then it went missing and Bella was so sad and so this kid was giving it away and it was too cute to say no to! But all in all we had a great time and I hope Bella enjoyed it as much as me!

A day at the Zoo

So after a day at Lagoon we decided to go to hogle zoo the next day! we had a lot of fun and I was so excited that my dad was able to go with us and enjoy his grand baby!

trip to lagoon

Okay so I am a little behind... We went to lagoon with Aarons family and my mom in August and had a blast!! Bella didn't show a ton of excitement in her little face but she didn't cry either and she just kept going on the rides and loved it. Her favorite one was the little gas cars she took her driving very serious! (hopefully she still does when she is a teenager!) She rode the rides with her cousin Weston who is a month older..She calls him wessy it was so cute he was a little scared and would cry and Little Bella was such a good little mommy and just held his hand on the ride to make him feel better! Every time she heard music she had to dance her little heart out! people were watching her more than the performers. Me and my mom enjoyed our favorite ride the tilt a whirl oh how I heart it!! we went on it so much i was so dizzy but loved every minute of spinning and laughing (more like chuckling!!) Also Bella's daddy won her an Abby Caddabby doll she was one happy girl.. and I almost forgot I was talked into going on the wicked and i have never been so scared in my life the whole park im sure heard me and my not so good words!

Is it yogurt or Lotion?

Well again I thought I would give Bella a snack this time yogurt! But I think she just thought it was pretty purple lotion because she just kept rubbing it in her hands!! And with her jam sandwich she just licked the jam off and left the bread!!She had to have a bath after this snack!!

4 years!

So Aaron and I just recently celebrated our 4th anniversary! We were married in the Idaho Falls Temple on July 29th 2005! I can't believe its been four years already how time flies! We have had some bumpy roads and some smooth roads thru the years but Im glad we work on things every day so that we can be together for many more to come! I am very grateful for my wonderful husband!

Snack pack pudding!!

Well the title says it all!! The other day I thought oh Bella would probably like a snack and I thought since she does pretty good with her spoon that a snack pack pudding would be great! well I turned my head for like two seconds and she was covered in it! I really don't think much if any got in her mouth. Needless to say I will be helping her with the next snack pack!

Pioneer Day

Okay so I am a little behind on my blogs!! For Pioneer day we went to the parade in pocatello with my friend and her family. We got tonz of candy which Bella and her friend Alexis loved wrappers and all!

Then we went to the fair grounds where they had lots of activities for the kids Bella and my nieces mayce and rylee had a great time. when we went to feed the goats they were a little impatient and were jumping all over us it was pretty funny!

Island park fun

We had a great 4th of july weekend up in Island park. My husbands family has a cabin up there so it was really nice to just get a way for awhile.. We went with his sister jillene and her family and her husbands family! It only rained a little and i was glad cuz it made the allergies more managable! We had alot of fun on the boat. The fireworks were really good but we were really close to them and it scared Bella at first and then she watched a few and decided that was enough and fell asleep. They were really loud so i don't know how she managed to stay asleep!

We decided to take advantage of no rain and we went swimming at downeta hot springs! I have never been and I absolutly loved how warm the water was!! Bella loved the part of the pool that had water shooting up in different parts! We had a great time with Aarons sisters family at the pool!! The slides were fun too except for the black hole slide it was so scary i screamed the whole way down i think the whole park heard me!! You won't catch me on that one again!

Sunday Naps

Bella has enjoyed playing outside so much! she always brings me her shoes and says outside! Her grandparents have alot of cute little bikes she likes to ride (or pull along).. and the ones that are battery operated she can't drive yet but she is happy just sitting in them and pretending! In the one picture it looks like she is driving really fast cuz the wind is blowing her hair and i thought it was funny.. She also enjoys when mom blows bubbles and she trys to catch them..

Easter!

So we had a great Easter down in utah..The Easter bunny spoiled us this year.Bella loved her easter basket filled with goodies and a new elmo movie. She also got some huge bunnies from grandma Everson and Pappa Samson..Grandma Judy gave her a cute bunny purse filled with fruit snacks Yummy!! We had easter lunch at my aunt midges with lots of food and i made these butterfly cakes! and we had a little easter egg hunt and Bella loved finding the eggs and putting them in her bag. She also like throwing the eggs and making them crack open!! I loved spending time with my family and I had a wonderful time!

So when i was at my sisters house we took all the kids to hop 2 it..i thought Bella would love it cuz she likes to jump and be crazy, however i was wrong she didn't like the ground being unsteady and she wouldn't jump..one thing she did like was the ball pit she just loves all kinds of balls!! And I made her keep going down the slide with me and eventually she started to like it! Me and mary raced in one of the things and I won the first time and she won the second time only because she cheated!!! All in all it was a great place and i plan on going every time i visit my sister!!

aching heart

So most of you know that we live in my in-laws basement..well they are freaks about dog hair so my dog paloma was not allowed to go upstairs with all of us and she had to stay down stairs and she was getting really discouraged(don't blame her) I tried to stay down stairs as much as i could but with no tv and it being a dark basement it was hard to stay all day with her..When we lived in our house we never had any problems with her and she plays with Bella so good..But I think the living situation got the best of her and she bit bella the other day..it broke my heart, Bella was fine but I felt so awful for my daughter but yet i felt palomas pain too (call me crazy if you want to i don't care) so to say the least we had to get rid of her and i am so heart broken..She was my buddy and i loved her so much..if you are not a dog person you won't understand I can't make my husband and his family understand why i am so sad and why I can't just get over it..I know what paloma did was bad but my heart still aches!!

So i don't really know how to write what im feeling but i need to get it out somehow even if its just for myself to read.. Why do people think that parents getting divorces are only hard when the kids are little? It sucks because im an adult and she be able to handle but there are days when i just want to scream and cry all at the same time..I love my parents to death and I am glad they like to talk to me but sometimes my mom will just act like its nothing to me and I get off the phone and have a melt down.. I do want them to be happy don't get me wrong but sometimes I just wish people would understand that just because Im an adult i might be having a hard time still...

So i finally got Bella's one year old pictures done..although if you want to be technical she is actually 13 months! Sorry if the picture is a little blurry I held the picture up and took a picture of it with my digital camera.. Its hard to believe my little girl is already one it seems like i just had her yesterday. Bella is definitely the best thing Ive ever done in my life!

Funny Girl

So Bella has such a funny personality and she enjoys doing some really crazy things. Some of these things are putting towels on her head, hanging upside down like a monkey, trying to fit into a small box, putting her purse around her neck like its a superhero cape! So Bella is no longer on formula and i am having a hard time getting her to eat lunch, i try everything and all she wants to eat is her little gerber snacks what do i do?? Im worried she isn't getting enough to eat . please help me moms with some advice!!!

Friday we left for utah, me and aaron drove seperate because he had to leave before me. I had Aarons sister jessie and Bella with me. We were like 10 miles from my moms house when we hit some ice on the freeway and we slammed into a cement wall. Im so glad everyone is okay we just are a little sore but my bigest fear was about my baby but she was good. We had a great time with my family all of my brothers and sisters families were there and we played games and had a good time. Bella loves playing with her cousin Malia they are so cute together but i think they will be big trouble together when they are older!!

Merry Christmas!! Bella was so excited so woke up at 6 am but she went back to sleep on dads chest and woke up at 8 and gave mom and dad kisses!! It was a great way to start Christmas. Bella loves her toys and now she is taking a well needed nap!! I have a funny husband who gave me moon sand! Because i said it was cool once.. and I got the new wii fit exercise game with the biggest loser trainer. Aaron got a new razor and a wii game and much needed gold bond!!

Bella's Birthday party

On saturday we had bellas birthday party.. she will be one on the 23rd of december.. Lots of family came to celebrate with her. She got tons of exciting toys and cute outfits. the best part was of course the cake, she loved the frosting more than anything. I still can't believe my baby is one!!

I am so excited for this weekend!! Im going to my sisters house and we are going to go see twilight!! I hope the movie doesn't ruin the story! My baby bella got her flu shot the other day and of course i cried with her! she has to get the other half of it in a month no fun.. well we have unpacked most of our stuff and its starting to look more and more like a home so that makes me happy.

So i am officially back to idaho! My husband is doing his interning with his dad and he has just been traveling back and forth but now bella and i are here. we are living in his parents basement which is going to be an adjustment!! I am having a hard time not being able to put all my stuff out and i also don't get cell phone service here so i feel like i have lost touch with the world!!
